I enjoyed the comfy beds and the clean bathroom, but the old, filthy carpet was a huge downside. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Comfy location in the middle of jackson made it easy to get to key attractions. Besides, we were just next door to the store for Clorox disinfectant wipes, and restaurants.

The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The front desk staff welcomed us warmly. The location was a great break from the road, near fast food and easy to reach from the interstate.

Unfortunately, the room showed signs of neglect, like a broken toilet and stained linens. The breakfast promised online was not available, a disappointment.

the quick check-in was a nice touch, and it was wonderful being only a few kilometers from fascinating spots like New Echota and Resaca Battlefield, perfect for weekend wanders and scenic views.

The location right off the interstate is convenient for travel. The AC worked well, keeping the room cool during the hot weather. Despite finding the room quiet, the cleanliness was deeply concerning. The sheets, towels, and washcloths all had a dingy brown appearance. There was also public hair scattered around the bathroom area, indicating a lack of proper cleaning before my arrival. I noticed the coffee maker was non-functional, with electrical tape on it, giving a sense of neglect. The shower head was positioned too low for taller guests, which could be uncomfortable. I appreciate the hot water available in the shower, but the overall impression of the room was definitely not worth the money spent. I expected more from this location and hope they address these cleanliness issues.

I enjoyed the quietness of my queen room with a peaceful night's sleep. The comfortable beds were a treat after long days of traveling. Plus, the location made it easy to reach nearby attractions.

Breakfast options were limited.

Pets are allowed, great for travelers with animals. The bathroom was disgusting.

The pool was a pleasant surprise for my family. The room size comfortably accommodated us all, and everyone enjoyed the larger beds after a long day on the road.

My kids wished the wifi was faster.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was decent for a night. It was a bit dirtier than I'd hope-especially the carpets. The refrigerator was also acting weird, only working when the light was on. But on the upside, the location is super convenient, right off the interstate and near fast food. The beds were comfy enough for a quick stop, just wished the cleanliness was better overall.

Wi-fi was slow, but 24-hour reception was helpful after a long drive.

Amazing hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and pets allowed. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I recommend staying here. I'm coming back for a holiday!

I had a great time during my one-night stay here, the staff were friendly, and I have booked this place multiple times and highly recommend it.

Our queen room had cable channels, a fridge, and coffee/tea making machines. the bed was comfortable and the private bathroom was a nice touch. the location was quiet and conveniently close to a store where we could get Clorox disinfectant wipes. We enjoyed visiting nearby Boston Blackie's to relax.
